Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
3. Market & Industry Awareness:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and sales strategies.
4. Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., retail, real estate, B2B, etc.].
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
