We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Consultant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have

1-3 years of sales experience

, strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

, and a valid

UAE driving license

. Experience in

business setup services

or

indoor sales

will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into sales through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Promote and sell company services to prospective clients, with a focus on business setup and related services. Handle walk-in and inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into opportunities (indoor sales). Maintain strong knowledge of services, pricing, packages, and market trends. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Follow up with prospects regularly to close deals and meet sales targets. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met smoothly. Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or internal systems. Drive to meetings or client visits when required (must have own car or valid UAE driving license).

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in business setup services or indoor sales).

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam

is mandatory.

Valid UAE driving license

is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client-service orientation and ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UAE business setup procedures is a plus. Experience using CRM tools or lead management systems is a bonus. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
