Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the case processing and legal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery to clients.
Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, programs, and regulations.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, seminars, and marketing events.
