Responsibilities
Perform outbound and handle inbound calls to prospects using provided scripts and contact lists.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company promotions to customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture prospective clients.
Record and maintain accurate customer details and call logs in the CRM system.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further action.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
