Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into clients.
Assess client needs, career goals, and eligibility for immigration/work/study programs.
Explain immigration processes, documentation, timelines, and costs clearly.
Provide honest advice regarding visa success chances and suitable options.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals.
Guide clients in preparing necessary documents for visa applications.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
Keep updated with immigration policies, rules, and program changes.
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the process.
Handle client queries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
Maintain records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups (CRM/Excel/Company System).
Report daily/weekly sales activities to management.
