to join our Aluminium & Steel Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in the metal fabrication industry, with a strong understanding of aluminium and steel products, and a proven track record in B2B sales, project coordination, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients within the aluminium and steel fabrication industry.
Identify and understand client requirements, propose suitable product solutions, and deliver competitive quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met and timely deliveries.
Prepare and conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.
Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, and payment collections.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in aluminium and/or steel fabrication companies.
Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, steel structures, cladding, glazing, and metal works.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling facade, curtain wall, or metal structure projects.
Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQ, and estimation processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
