We are a leading healthcare consultancy in the UAE, looking for a passionate sales candidate with strong understanding of the healthcare sector and experience using CRM systems
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales for our healthcare services licensing , nurturing leads, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell healthcare professional licensing services to individual professionals and healthcare facilities
Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads through CRM
Maintain and update lead records and sales activities accurately
Apply lead generation techniques to attract potential clients
Deliver consultations and close deals through effective communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Background in healthcare (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong knowledge and experience using CRM platforms
Skilled in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong personality, high emotional intelligence, and professional demeanor
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
