Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration goals and eligibility
Explain available immigration programs and guide clients through service options
Convert leads into clients through effective sales strategies
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and program changes
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding and high satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales or immigration consultancy (1-3 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of immigration pathways (e.g., Express Entry, Skilled Migration, Study Visas) is an asset
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred
