Sales & Business Development Officer

Job Description

Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in sectors such as hospitals, insurance companies, corporate wellness programs, clinics, and government entities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to finalize service agreements. Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, and finance) to tailor services to client needs. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies. Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to contract signing and handover to operations. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand client base. Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and sales activities. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

B2B sales or business development : 3 years (Preferred)
