We are a growing accounting and advisory firm in Dubai, specializing in
Accounting, Audit, and Taxation services
. We are looking for a motivatedSales Associate / Business Development Officer
to join our team on a part-time basis.What we're looking for:
Experience:
Prior sales/business development experience, preferably in professional services (accounting, audit, tax, consulting, or related industries).Attitude:
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with integrity. We value individuals who take ownership and bring results.Role & Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build strong client relationships. Promote our accounting, audit, and taxation services to startups, SMEs, and corporates. Convert prospects into long-term clients. Achieve sales targets within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in professional services). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong network in UAE business community is an added advantage. Self-driven and target-oriented.
Compensation & Growth
Commission:
Attractive commission on every closed deal.Visa:
Sponsorship available upon meeting asales target of AED 30,000 in closed business within 3 months
