Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sell media and marketing services (content, social media, production, campaigns) Generate leads independently (online & offline) Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations Close deals and manage follow-ups professionally Build and maintain a sales pipeline (CRM or structured tracking) Coordinate with internal creative and production teams Contribute to sales strategy and pricing discussions Support onboarding and training of future junior sales staff

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development (media, marketing, or services preferred) Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to sell high-value service packages Comfortable with both field sales and online sales Leadership mindset with the ability to guide others Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
