Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive - Printstore

Job Summary:

Printstore is looking for a motivated and results-oriented

Sales & Business Development Executive

to drive new client acquisition and grow our portfolio of printing services. From business cards and brochures to large-format signage and branded merchandise, you'll be selling high-quality print solutions to businesses across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Promote and sell Printstore's full range of printing services and products. Conduct in-person client meetings to understand needs and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and print samples. Manage and update client records in the CRM system. Work with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Printstore at local networking events, expos, and industry functions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in printing, advertising, or marketing services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proactive mindset with a passion for sales and customer service. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Growth Opportunities:

Promotion to Senior Sales Executive or Key Account Manager based on performance. Continuous product and sales training. Involvement in major branding and marketing campaigns.
