Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Business Development Executive
to join our growing medical center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, developing corporate and community partnerships, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase the visibility and revenue of the clinic..
KKey Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to promote medical and dental services.
Generate new leads through corporate visits, insurance tie-ups, community outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and referring doctors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular progress reports.
Identify new business opportunities and propose effective growth strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve digital and offline visibility of the clinic.
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction during all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (preferably in healthcare, medical, or wellness industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and networking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
