Sales / Business Development Executive

who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to expanding our client base.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking. Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle. Educate potential clients about our platform, offerings, and value proposition. Support client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and successful venue listings on the platform. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. Track, report, and analyse sales activities and performance metrics. Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve team targets and business objectives.

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (experience in the events, hospitality, or tech industry is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Basic knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and client management. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). A valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
