Role Overview
We are looking for a polished, experienced
Sales & Business Development Executive
with a strong background in
luxury furniture, interior design, or architecture
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, client-facing environment, and who understands how to sell design--not just products.
You'll be expected to master the full catalog of the brands we represent--including
finishes, materials, histories, and design narratives
--and present them with conviction, clarity, and style. You will also be responsible for nurturing and expanding your personal book of clients, building lasting relationships that convert to high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities
Represent
Boca do Lobo
,
Koket
, and Covet Group brands with in-depth product knowledge and tailored storytelling across all client touchpoints.
Guide clients through the showroom experience, offering design consultations, product recommendations, and customization options aligned with their vision.
Maintain, develop, and grow your personal
client book
, ensuring long-term relationship management and consistent follow-up.
Lead outbound business development efforts targeting HNWIs, design studios, developers, and hospitality groups.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to final delivery.
Attend and represent Da Terra at design fairs, networking events, or site meetings to build visibility and client trust.
Prepare compelling presentations, quotations, and product packages customized to project requirements.
Ensure accurate CRM updates, pipeline management, and reporting of key metrics to leadership.
Collaborate with showroom and marketing teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction and after-sale service.
What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in high-end furniture, interior design, architecture, or luxury showroom sales.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of design materials, finishes, space planning, and interior trends.
Fluent in
English
with excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Well-presented
, confident, and polished in both language and appearance.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple sales conversations simultaneously.
Familiar with CRM systems and sales documentation processes.
Preferred Attributes
Additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are a strong advantage.
Existing network of clients, designers, developers, or architects within the UAE luxury market.
Prior experience representing global design brands or working on bespoke interior projects.
Ability to absorb and present complex product information, including finishes, stories, and brand ethos, with authority.
