Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Green Acre Services (Landscaping o Garden Maintenance o Pool Maintenance)
Green Acre Services is expanding across Dubai, and we are looking for a smart, outgoing and highly driven Sales & Business Development candidate to help us grow our client base, build strategic partnerships and drive long-term business expansion.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong networking and communication skills with an ability to spot new opportunities across Developers, Facility Management; Property/Community Management and other sectors for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B and B2C sales leads with Developers, Property, Facility management companies, Property /Communities and other verticals
Secure new business and long-term maintenance contracts
Identify collaboration opportunities and build partnerships with developers, communities, events
Conduct site visits and prepare proposals
Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts for ongoing organic growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report weekly KPIs
Candidate Profile
5-7 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE
Strong interpersonal, Networking and client handling skills within the Landscaping, Swimming Pool Construction & Maintenance and Property Maintenance domains
Outgoing, confident, self-driven, and target-oriented
Ideally, experience in Facility Management, Landscaping or Service-based industries is an advantage
UAE Driving License is mandatory
