Sales & Business Development Executive
to join our team and play a vital role in business development.
Job Responsibilities:
Actively visit small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE to promote our accounting, tax, and financial services.
Conduct daily outdoor sales activities, including client meetings, cold calls, and follow-ups.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report on market trends and client feedback to support strategic decisions.
Requirements (Mandatory):
Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting/ banking/ financial products.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Preferred (Optional):
Own UAE residency visa (company can also provide visa if needed).
Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
