The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. This role acts as a bridge between the Sales Manager and the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, effective execution of strategies, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and report to the Sales Manager.
Assist in setting sales goals, targets, and KPIs for the team.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
Support the team in closing deals and handling escalated customer issues.
Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and admin departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback for market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience, including team supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with proven ability to motivate teams.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
