Sales & Business Development Executive
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Dar Al-Raqmana's client base in
ERP solutions (Odoo)
,
manpower supply
, and
digitization services
.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government institutions, corporates, and SMEs.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
sales or business development
(experience in ERP, IT solutions, or manpower services is preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Qatari driving license is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
