Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE

Industry: Audio Visual (AV) Equipment Rentals - Events

Salary: AED 5,000 (minimum relevant experience) - AED 8,000 to 10,000 (for experienced candidates with strong portfolio)

Commission: Fixed percentage on every sale

Our expertise covers audio, lighting, stage setups, LED screens, truss & rigging, lasers, and special effects (SFX).

Role Overview

We are urgently hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive - AV Rentals & Events with proven UAE experience in the AV rentals/events industry. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company across the events market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new AV rental sales by targeting event management companies, hotels, corporates, wedding planners, and conference organizers.

Meet monthly sales targets as set by management.

Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates covering all cost factors.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable business.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of AV projects.

Actively network at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to expand the company's presence.

Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor insights to management.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years in AV rentals/events industry within UAE (mandatory)

Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA / Event Management preferred

Languages: Fluent English (oral & written); Hindi preferred

Strong sales, negotiation, and client servicing skills

Knowledge of UAE events industry and AV solutions

Valid UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory)

Immediate joiners or candidates with 15-30 days' notice period preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
