A company providing audio-visual solutions for events is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to support growth during the busy season. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new AV sales opportunities and maintain client relationships Prepare accurate project estimates and ensure timely project delivery Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of events Represent the company at networking events to expand market presence
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in sales & business development within AV/events sector Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Critical thinker, problem-solver, and customer-focused Familiar with UAE market dynamics; local UAE experience required Age: 28-35, immediate joiners preferred Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Compensation:

AED 5,000 - 10,000 (based on experience and portfolio) Fixed commission on every sale
