energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated female Sales & Business Development Executive
with a strong background in
accounting, finance, and B2B sales
.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for building relationships, an ability to confidently present solutions to decision-makers, and a proven track record of closing sales under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard local businesses in the UAE.
Present and demonstrate the ERP's accounting and tax management features effectively to business owners and finance teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Work with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets within defined timelines.
Requirements
Female candidate (Indian nationality preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of
proven sales experience
in the UAE, preferably in accounting, finance, ERP, or software solutions.
Knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and accounting processes is a strong advantage.
Highly persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills.
Confident personality with the ability to engage decision-makers.
Spouse visa or sponsored visa holders may be preferred.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Compensation
Attractive basic salary + high commission on sales performance.
