Position Overview:



We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Consultants

with a strong sales background to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in closing sales, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally. This role requires handling leads, conducting sales meetings, understanding client requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Acquisition & Conversion



Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads through calls, walk-ins, email, and digital platforms. Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to understand their requirements and recommend suitable services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management



Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of services and client onboarding. Address client concerns, negotiate effectively, and handle objections professionally.

Sales Process & Reporting



Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and any required sales documentation. Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Monitor market updates, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the UAE region.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-4 years of strong sales experience

, preferably in services, consulting, corporate sales, or business setup sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong negotiation and closing skills with target-driven work discipline. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:



High confidence and strong presentation abilities. Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of customer needs and UAE market trends. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
