We are seeking a results-driven

Sales / Business Development Executive

with proven experience in the fit-out, construction, and facility management sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a robust network, and a track record of driving business growth in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fit-out, construction, and facility management. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to secure contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic plans.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4

years

of experience in sales/business development in fit-out, construction, or facility management. Must have

valid UAE driving license

. Previous

UAE experience is mandatory

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
