Primary Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities, including order processing, tracking, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
Prepare sales and purchase orders using SAP.
Coordinate with factories to arrange dispatch and verify related documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance) to ensure smooth business operations.
Liaise with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers to negotiate rates and arrange shipments.
Review shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs, and import/export paperwork.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Identify new sales prospects on LinkedIn and manage the company's LinkedIn presence.
Possess strong understanding of logistics operations, including LC shipments and related documentation.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
