Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Convert call leads into successful client acquisitions.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Advise potential clients on company formation processes, license types, and suitable jurisdictions.
Prepare and present customized business proposals and quotations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per company diversity hiring goals).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling roles.
Background in business setup or consultancy is a
strong advantage
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
