Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and customer inquiries
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and purchase orders
Maintain and update customer records, pricing databases, and sales reports
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to track order progress
Assist with scheduling deliveries and tracking project timelines
Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, lead times, and specifications
Help with compiling bids and documentation for construction projects
Organize and maintain product samples, brochures, and technical documentation
Attend site visits or trade shows occasionally (if required)
Support after-sales service by handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma or certificate in business, construction, or sales is a plus)
Previous experience in a sales support or admin role (construction or related field preferred)
Knowledge of construction products, materials, or services is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
Ability to read basic construction drawings or specs is an advantage (not mandatory)
Team player with a customer-first attitude
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional visits to construction sites, warehouses, or trade counters
Fast-paced and deadline-driven
Collaborates closely with sales managers, estimators, site supervisors, and procurement teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
