Key Responsibilities

• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers, demonstrating correct handling where required.
• Educate customers on brand quality standards, specifications, and performance attributes.
• Advise customers on suitable product ranges based on needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer queries related to warranties, specifications, care, and maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving complaints or escalating issues as per policy.
• Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and sales events.
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Ensure pricing and promotions are accurate and compliant with company standards.
• Calculate sales prices and applicable discounts and maintain accurate sales records.
• Process cash, card, and other payment methods accurately and issue invoices and receipts.
• Operate as a cashier when required, ensuring accuracy in money handling.
• Follow after-sales procedures, including returns and repairs, in line with company policies.
• Adhere to loss prevention measures, inventory controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Support store merchandising through proper product placement and arrangement.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, presentation, and grooming at all times.
