Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Agent
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our holiday home services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients (property owners and partners)
Promote Tick Vacation's holiday home management and rental services
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and investors
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
Stay updated on Dubai's holiday home and short-term rental market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (real estate, holiday homes, hospitality, or tourism preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate or short-term rental market is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
