Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Reservation Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage guest bookings, provide excellent service, and ensure smooth communication between clients, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Provide information about available properties, pricing, and policies. Assist guests with check-in/check-out coordination. Update booking systems and maintain accurate records. Liaise with housekeeping and operations to ensure property readiness. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service (holiday homes experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and MS Office. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
