AirHomes Holiday Homes LLC is a Dubai-based European owned short-term rental management company specializing in premium apartments and villas across Dubai Marina, JBR, Dubai Hills, and other prime communities.
Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for sourcing new property owners and investors interested in renting their units on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate has strong real-estate sales experience, an existing network of landlords or brokers, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new property owners for short-term rental management.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and real-estate agents.
Present company services and financial models to potential clients.
Visit properties and assist owners through onboarding and permit process.
Convert inbound company leads and generate self-sourced leads from the market.
Maintain organized records of leads and conversions in CRM.
Achieve monthly acquisition targets and contribute to portfolio growth.
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in
real estate sales, brokerage, or holiday homes
.
Strong network of landlords or property investors in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
English fluency required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of DTCM short-term rental regulations is a plus.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
Compensation
Base Salary:
AED 4,500 - 6,000/month (depending on experience)
Commission:

High-performer earnings:
AED 10,000 - 20,000 +/month achievable
