to join our Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio by onboarding new units, maintaining strong client and owner relationships, and driving business growth through proactive communication and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new properties for holiday home management.
Communicate effectively with property owners, clients, and partners.
Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with owners.
Coordinate with the operations and listings team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in
real estate, holiday homes, or property sales
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
Familiar with Dubai real estate and holiday homes regulations (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Must be currently based in the UAE and have a valid driving license (preferred).
