We are seeking a
Reservation Agent
with a background in holiday homes or hotel operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, ensure smooth guest communication, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage booking calendars and ensure accurate property availability.
Coordinate check-in/check-out schedules with operations team.
Upsell additional services to enhance guest experience.
Maintain high standards of guest communication and satisfaction.
Resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily reports on reservations and occupancy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in holiday homes reservations or hotel front office
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
