We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Female Sales Administrator / Secretary
to support the sales department and management team. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales agreements.
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update sales records, customer database, and tracking sheets.
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, client communication, and documentation.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
Administrative / Secretarial Tasks
Manage phone calls, email correspondence, and office communication.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
Handle office filing systems (digital & physical).
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordination
Liaise with suppliers, teams, and internal departments.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and client visits.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or secretarial roles (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ERP / CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude, presentable, and customer-focused.
