Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads for office rentals through inbound inquiries and walk-ins
Conduct office viewings, present service offerings, and close leasing deals
Oversee end-to-end leasing process: documentation, agreements, and client follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records and leasing reports
Manage front-desk operations, including greeting clients and scheduling appointments
Support daily administrative functions and liaise with other IBC branches as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in sales within business centers, serviced offices, or real estate
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused
Flexible to commute between branches if required
