well-organized and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts.
Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and follow-ups with clients.
Track pending orders and ensure timely communication with customers.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel for the sales team.
Monitor and maintain office supplies.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales coordination or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
