Key Responsibilities
Prepare salads, bowls, and cold menu items following standard recipes
Wash, chop, slice, and portion vegetables and other ingredients
Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and attractively presented
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Monitor ingredient levels and notify supervisors when supplies are low
Customize orders based on customer preferences or dietary needs
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
Previous food preparation experience preferred (training may be provided)
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Good time management and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Working Conditions
Kitchen or food service environment
May require standing for long periods
Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
