Position Summary:

We are seeking a

Salad Maker

to prepare a wide variety of fresh salads and cold dishes with attention to food safety, presentation, and taste. The ideal candidate has a good eye for detail, works quickly, and takes pride in serving nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh salads, sides, and cold dishes according to recipes and presentation standards. Wash, chop, and store vegetables and ingredients safely and hygienically. Refill salad bar stations and keep them clean and well-stocked. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with inventory management and kitchen cleanliness. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen setting preferred. Knowledge of basic food hygiene and handling practices. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light loads. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures.
