Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily fresh Arabic salads and mezze with consistent quality and presentation.
Follow traditional recipes and portion standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area at all times.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and labeled.
Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate salad and cold appetizer orders.
Assist in inventory and stock management related to salad station.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salad Maker or Cold Kitchen Cook specializing in Arabic cuisine.
Knowledge of authentic Arabic flavors, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
Team player with good communication skills.
