We are seeking a
Russian-speaking Customer Service Executive
to manage client interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering an outstandingcustomer experience
.Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support in
Russian and English
. Manageclient bookings, follow-ups
, and ensure seamlesscommunication between departments
. Address client concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Support thesales team
by identifying opportunities forcross-selling services and products
.Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in Russian and English
is a must (spoken and written
). Prior experience incustomer service
or aclient-facing role
. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
. Ability tomultitask
and thrive in afast-paced environment
.Attention to detail
and aproactive approach to problem-solving
.Additional Requirements:
Availability in Dubai
is essential, as this is anon-site role
. Given the nature of our clinic and client interactions, this role is best suited for female candidates who can provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for our clients.Salary:
AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month
