Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
