We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience that fosters customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Achieve individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction and response times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work flexible hours if required.
