Customer Service Executive (Sea Imports & Exports)
Sparkle Wave Freight is expanding and looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage sea import and export customer relationships and operational workflows. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for freight queries, ensure timely shipment handling, and support end-to-end sea freight operations while maintaining strong client service standards.
What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely handling of sea shipments.
• Provide accurate shipment status updates and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation to meet regulatory and customs requirements.
• Support the operations team with booking, follow-ups, and exception handling across the shipment lifecycle.
• Liaise with partners to arrange cargo handovers, deliveries, and releases.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5+ years' UAE experience in logistics operations, preferably focused on sea imports & exports.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics/shipping platforms.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and international trade procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
