Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in both Russian and English languages. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a senior HR role for at least 5 years. \xc2\xb7 Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is highly desirable.
