Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in road freight sales within the GCC market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs and ensure service satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms in line with company policies.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales within the road freight/logistics industry in the GCC region.
Strong knowledge of GCC trade routes, customs regulations, and cross-border transport.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid GCC driving license is a plus.
