Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sea freight business in the GCC region.
Identify and pursue new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms in alignment with company standards.
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure timely execution of shipments.
Monitor shipping trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, client feedback, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience
in sea freight/logistics sales within the GCC market.
Strong understanding of international shipping, trade lanes, and GCC port operations.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Existing client network in the GCC is highly desirable.
