We are looking for a Revenue Manager with 3 years experience in Hospitality Business to join our growing and developing Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are seeking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. They plan, approve, and supervise the deployment of systems and processes to manage and analyze financial data and other records. Oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to an organization\'s revenue, sales, and other financial activities. Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner
Build an offline relationship with travel agents, concierge companies, influencers, and other potential lead generators for our Dubai properties.
Quote available rates to maximize room revenue according to Company standards
\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the offline monthly sales budget for these properties.
Enter reservations into the database according to standard operating procedures
Ensure the company is visible with all the large travel agents in Dubai and other major cities.
Maintain accurate files and reports
Book reservations and add-on sales by closing lead opportunities
Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals
Mentor and manage the team to achieve quarterly targets.
Supervise, Improve and Implement the end-to-end Sales Process.
Improve efficiencies on key metrics.
Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
Developing and implementing a sales plan to drive external growth. This will include contacting the right divisions/contacts.
Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
Proactively building a portfolio of short-term properties
Bringing on a (minimum) of 5 properties per month
Calling landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle and database sheets
Dealing with referrals from internal agents
Meeting with landlords to get agreements signed
Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords
