Job Description
Duty Manager / Business Development Head As duty manager -Oversee the day-to-day operation of the holiday homes -Supervise the front-desk team, house-keeping team and security team. -Coordinate directly with the maintenance manager for any maintenance issues -Prepares the roster of the entire team As Business Development Head -Handles the booking portals and assuring that the holiday homes will be attractive to the users of the portals -Conduct meetings with third party agents and form a partnership with them to get more guests -Conceptualize advertising techniques that will attract more guests -Handles social media sites of the holiday homes -Look for potential property owners that wants to rent their property under Marbella management. -Assist the management in the preparation needed to become a property management -company for holiday homes. - Knowledgeable in DTCM Permits. -Knowledgeable in Airbnb, Airbetter, Expedia,Booking.com, Bayut, and property finder/ Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
