What You'll Be Doing:
Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and seasonal demand
Set up and manage promotional campaigns across OTA platforms
Optimize nightly pricing and minimum stays to maximize revenue
Monitor occupancy, adjust rate strategies, and reduce gaps in calendar
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align goals
Generate regular performance and revenue reports
What We're Looking For:
Experience in revenue management, ideally in hotels or holiday homes
Strong understanding of
Airbnb, Booking.com, and OTA promotions
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with PMS and dynamic pricing tools is a plus
Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
