Working with the compliance, Purchasing and operational teams, the main purpose of this position is to manage the performance of the Warehouse and Logistics function through KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and building & maintaining a working relationship with all relevant stakeholders both internal (Operations, Purchasing, Finance, etc) and external (Customs Broker, Customs, Transport Carriers, etc.). Responsibilities:
  • To develop and foster a customer driven Logistics Supply Chain
  • To drive and maintain optimal performance of the Logistics Supply Chain via a set of identified and agreed contractual KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • To maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the Logistics Supply Chain through the implementation of effective processes and systems.
  • To develop a high performing Logistics Supply Chain team, developing a strong ethos for customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all processes are followed to ensure that the business operates to the required standards set down by all relevant authorities
  • Manage agreed budget as per annual Budget set by the Finance team and report on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage budget for international inbound shipments, customs broker management and report on a quarterly basis.
  • Work within the expected timeframes with key stakeholders to investigate and resolve stock integrity issues.
  • Work alongside Senior Retail operational teams, supply chain team and regulatory functions in the development and implementation of the overall Logistics Supply Chain strategic plan.
Experience & Skills: A minimum of 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 management experience in the retail or logistics sector where supply chain management skills have been essential.
  • Proven track record in the development, planning and implementation of logistics supply chain plans
  • Experience in logistics supply chain reporting with attention to detail
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Tertiary level / degree level desired but not essential.
